Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds

ALL JIMMY CLOTHING STORE SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ISSUED ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED

Prior to fulfillment of a swag clothing order, however, you may cancel your order by contacting our customer service team at (217) 356-9900 or emailing jimmystore@jimmyjohns.com. If you need to cancel a Jimmy John's food order, please call the store location directly. This email address is only for online clothing and swag orders. 

Once an order has been fulfilled, the order will be deemed to be completed, and Jimmy John’s will no longer be able to cancel the clothing order or offer a refund.
